Had a great experience with Prestigio Cars! We had seen a couple of cars we were interested in on AutoTrader and the Prestigio website so we took the risk and dropped in as we were in the area. We were approached straight away and asked if we needed help or if we knew what we wanted to look at, which we did, so we were directed to the vehicles and left to view them with no pressure which was great. After we’d sat in the vehicles/checked them out, we were asked if we wanted a test drive which was super easy and we were on our way! Upon return, we knew we wanted that vehicle so Muhammad took us through the process, told us about all the available warranty options and we paid the deposit. Our initial plan was to collect the vehicle once the money had landed with Prestigio but it landed later in the day so it threw off the plan! Prestigio was able to deliver the car to us which was fantastic. Upon delivery, we received the full pack of info, the full-service history, the spare key, and everything. Would highly recommend Prestigio, the service was fantastic and they went above and beyond to help us out with the delivery.

The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were interested in multiple cars and Mohammed was incredibly patient with us as we inspected and test-drove each one. He was very honest and open about each car's history and current performance. He very carefully listened to and addressed any and all concerns we had pertaining to each vehicle. All of the paperwork was relatively smooth except when we needed to head to the post office to pay the road tax where we encountered some issues; however, we notified Mohammed of this issue and we were able to get the car delivered free of charge the next day. Raja was the one who delivered our vehicle and he informed me when he left Prestigio with an ETA to our location; he was perfectly on time and extremely courteous as well. Before we visited Prestigio, we visited alternative dealerships/lots and did not have very good experiences. Most other places we visited would belittle our concerns and brush over our questions. It is abundantly clear that Prestigio will go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied and have a smooth process when searching for and purchasing a vehicle. We could not be more pleased with our experience at Prestigio!
